This website is published by SamurAI Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Israel (“SamurAI”, “we”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not an offer
The site gives general information about ouro, a product we are developing with design partners. It is not an offer to sell, and it does not commit us to any feature, schedule, price or result. Any engagement with us is governed only by a separate written agreement.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.
The visualizations are illustrative
The city, people, labels, readouts and scenarios shown on this site are synthetic, rendered in your browser to illustrate the idea. They do not show real people, places, organizations or events. They are not output of the ouro product and not evidence of how it performs. Any resemblance to a real person, site or event is coincidental.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about our plans, roadmap and expected capabilities describe what we intend today. They are not promises, and actual results may differ.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, visuals, code, and the ouro and SamurAI names and logos belong to SamurAI or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Any other use needs our written permission.
The site is built with open-source software used under its own licenses: Next.js, React and three.js under the MIT License, and the Saira and Martian Mono typefaces under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The full notices are in third-party-licenses.txt.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorized access to it or to our systems, or collect its content by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
Export controls
The site contains general, publicly available information only. It is not a channel for technical data, and nothing on it grants access to controlled technology. Our products, technical data and services are subject to the export control laws that apply to them, including Israel’s Defense Export Control Law, 5766-2007, and may need a license before they can be supplied. Do not send us classified or export-controlled information through this site.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SamurAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Any product or service we supply is governed by its own written agreement, not by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
